Monday Evening Yoga on Zoom
Low back issues? Tight hamstrings? Neck/shoulder discomfort? - This evening class is for you!! A rotating 6 session Positional Therapy class which combines physical therapy techniques (SCS/MET - slacking muscles and facilitated stretches) with yoga and other modalities to help the body shed habits and return to its optimal alignment. Classes can be taken individually or as part of the whole series. Beneficial to all fitness levels

A class for any student who wants to explore yoga, connect and have some fun! Emphasizing alignment and breath work we work to increase strength and focus while encouraging better balance.
